Thanks for the visit. To find the walking one or any other you might be interested in, click on your Teams icon here on your page. It will take you to the Teams page. Scroll down to see the different Threads an topics. The 1 you want is at bottom of the Threads listed. Just click on any topic you want. After that, anytime any one leaves a message, you will be notified if you check the box for it.

As a matter of fact, you can also regulate your prefrences. Before you get to the Threads, there is a link that says: Manage Team Preferances. Go in there and check all you want to receive e-mails about. You can also and should mark show on map.

Be sure and sign up for Spark America and when you set up your exercises, just remove any you can't do or don't want and put in those you do. Be sure and schedule a day for cardio so you have access to the "other exercises" page where the walking, housework, playing with children etc. are to be found. When you are done, set up your Appointment calendar to send you reminders and when they come, click on the link then fitness and just check them off as you do them. Such a great feature.

Great page Lila! Love the picture of you out in the hills (panning for gold?) What a great goal - to be around for your family for a long time!

I hope you find SP to be as great a help to you as I have found it to be for me. The people here have been the reason I have toughed it out through the hard times and the plateaus. And I love how they celebrate every little success I acheive!
