Hi there, I am a mother of 2 very active boys I have to say I was not very active but I have learned to become active daily not just in a daily exercise routine but in my daily life activities as well. Hi there, I am a mother of 2 very active boys I have to say I was not very active but I have learned to become active daily not just in a daily exercise routine but in my daily life activities as well. Sometimes a thing called life gets in the way and I have learned to take one day at a time. With that said I have fallen off the wagon more times than I have been on it! I sabotage myself once I start to lose substantial weight I find a way to ruin it, my best excuse is "well Iíve lost some so now I can splurge a little" and then I don't stop splurging! It has been a long journey for me to realize this fact and to make lifestyle adjustments to conquer this. Well no more I am committing to make this a positive journey with a great ending.

I took a break from SP for a while and tried something else that didn't work too well, then I discovered a little gadget called Fitbit. I love my FB it has motivated me and once I found out how well FB syncs with SP I am back and going strong. I'm not losing a TON of weight just yet but I am losing "inches" the weight will come but that is just a number what matters most is how I feel about myself.

I hope to make new friends and reconnect with old SP friends who will support & encourage me on my new journey, hope to hear from you soon!
