Whole foods as much as possible. Reading labels, which is time consuming and depressing. Playing Wii for exercise using the Sports games.

I'm from Missouri, lived around the USA in a few different states and have moved back in Missouri.
Have 4 grandsons, 4 granddaughters. The most recent granddaughter born on 11/5/2010.
I love quilting, embroidery, just about any type of handwork, even needle tatting.
