My Journey
I am determined to loose pounds. It's easy to keep putting it off, but for the last 3 months I've been doing an incredible amount of exercise (for me), compared to what I used to do. I am also trying to eat not as much and healthier. So far I haven't lost anything, however, so it gets a little discouraging, but I feel like I have more muscle. I may have to get some thing checked because it really seems like I should be losing a little.

--to drink at least 10 8oz. cups water daily --to walk 7000 steps a day --improve my fiber intake, and proteins --remember to take my vitamins --eat minimal sweets

I try to do a lot of walking, rebounding, and I go to curves.
