Change 4 good!!
I'm starting my change 4 good!! My healthy change of food and exercise, I'm not calling it a diet because I've tried to diet a dozen times and yet I'm still here at 226lbs. This is the turning point in my life!!! I have been bigger most of my adult life, I'm 30 years old I have 2 sons ages 5 and 1 and my weight really got up there from them. My husband and I love to eat so I've been slowly making changes in the pantry and cooking so that hopefully he'll only notice on his waistline. I love to go to football games with my father and the bigger I get I notice my seat at the stadium getting more and more cramped.

My Goals:
My daily goals are to drink all my water, Journal about the day, new finds or just my mood, and stretch for at least 10 min. every night.
Short term goal: 30lbs
Long term goal: 80lbs
My Program:
I'm going to plan out my meals and day better so I'm more prepared, research exercise dvd's to use at home and make time for the gym on a daily basis. NO EXCUSES!!!
