    Hey Krissy. How is you're new eating going? How are you feeling physically with it? And emotionally? I looked at your food tracker over the last several day...you didn't track any since the 29th...but when you tracked them, they looked pretty good, but I would try to stay away from Mcdonald's as much as possible :) and that caffeine. I was thinking, what is it that you feel really deprived on, that you should try to find a substitute for so you don't feel so deprived that you want to give up? I was thinking of saying you could eat something like jello, cause my problem is I need something sweet. But maybe you're deprivation is soda. I think if you have club soda, you still get the sparkly but not the phosphorus? Or do you still get the phosphorus in club soda?
