Hey! Yeah, SB can be rough, but that's why I try to take a "3 steps forward, 1 step back" approach: I just can't go the distance like some people do. So I'm good for 4-5 days and lose a few pounds...then I have an off day or two and gain back a pound or two...then I'm back at it and stick to it for as long as I can and lose another few...then I might take a break for a day...etc. I lost a lot this way (over 40 lbs). I only started gaining back when I spent more days "off" the plan than on, and eventually I just wasn't following it, at all. Good thought taking a light class load! Nothing matters more than a happy home, if you ask me :) I'd much rather hang out with my husband, lol! 1934 days ago
Being back in the swing of things is going great at the moment, thanks hehe! I have my Honeymoon in just 22 days now so i have some extra inspiration to be good to myself. It's been such a long wait for our Honeymoon hah!
What is the South Beach diet then? Lots of meat? I'm not really following any particular programs... although workout wise i have been following Bodyrock.tv workouts for about a week or 2 now and loving it. =) x 1974 days ago
