Hoping to get healthy

I've struggled with my weight since about 1991. I've tried many diets and have been successful, only for it to come right back. In 2003 I lost 80 pounds. After that I unfortunately was successfull in gaining 15 to 20 pounds a year and have gained back 82 of those pounds. I am hoping to find motivation through this site and through other people. Please help me in this journey.

Sounds good. I've lost 15 pounds and want to lose 75 total (60 more). I'm using the medifast diet, so I don't exercise right now.

The first 15 pounds came off in two weeks. Looking to lose the other 60 in the next 4 months or so.

What are your goals and how are you planning on getting there? If I know your plan I can better help encourage you in that direction.

Hey there!

Looks like we weight the same and have the same goal weight in mind. I would love to drop the weight with you!

I weigh 220 this morning. I've lost 15 pounds so far. Another 60 to go! I weighed 160 for years through college, then look what happened.

I've gone through the pretty extreme ups and downs myself. Hoping to learn how to lose it and keep it OFF this time! I think I'll try to keep within 10 pounds of my weight always!

Would love to keep in touch to help motivate one another and maybe get together for a hike here and there.
