Thank you for extending a warm welcome. I need all the help I can get. Have been poking around sparkpeople.com for over a year and I found it overwhelming. I'm soo excited but not sure where to begin...there is soo much information. I started last year tracked my food for a while then tracked my exercise then forgot about it then started again and again and again. I am going to try a new approach where I enter my menu for the week. I have been on every diet and have been successful; however, I can't keep it off. My last attempt was two years ago where I lost 120 pounds and I've gained it back within two years. The common thing is that I go back to eating from my Hungarian background and don't know how much is good. I've always been on deprivation diets and now I want to learn how to eat like a normal human being which includes everything but in moderation. I am going to enter my heritage recipe's for a week and see how I can work with that. Also preparing for exercise by getting comfortable clothes, shoes and making sure my treadmill is ready.
