Hi! I've been losing and gaining the same 20 pounds for years and it's embarassing to admit that I once was a Weightwatchers leader. I'm qualified now as a Clinical Hypnotherapist and I have been running my own Slimming Club locally (it's non profit making) for the past 6 months. All of my club members are doing well... except for me!They love the Relaxation Session at the end of our class so perhaps I should be recording my voice and listening to it myself! Guess it's time to ask for help. ...
