Better Food, Better Health

Over a 6 yrs period I started to gain wt, till I was 30lbs over wt + turning 50yrs. So 4 months before the big 50 B'day, I hired a trainer + worked hard to lose. I lost 20lbs with the trainer (+ gained muscle) + continued to lose the rest by myself. That was over 4 yrs ago + its still off! Now I love working out, gaining muscle, as that is the key to staying healthy! Of course, you can't out work bad food, hence the title, better food, better health!
