Hello everyone!!! I am a mom of 3 wonderful children. After having my last one I can honestly say I have never been this size before and I can definitely feel it in my body. Together, I think all of us can achieve what we are searching for in ourselves. Be it just weight loss, or finding and digging into what has put us here in the first place. Remember, each day is fresh, with no mistakes in it. I know you can do this...and so can I. :)

Reward: Ex hubby said if I reach 160 he will buy me $1,000 worth of new clothes. Never spent anywhere near that on clothing for myself so I am way excited for this. I had him put that in writing for me lol.

Reward: Go to the mall shopping for those new clothes & order a Starbucks grande caramel macchioto with skim milk with two extra shots of espresso! I better get on that treadmill right now...

Also to be able to do these things as well:

*Drink enough water
*Exercise at least 6 days a week.


My Program:
Daily I try to have:
~Shot of apple cider vinegar, mixed in my water.
~Lemon in my water.
~Republic of Tea, organic dandelion root tea.
~At least 60 minutes of exercise.
~8 glasses of water

I also try to eat as naturally as possible. Staying away from processed food, artificial sugars, extra unnecessary colors and preservatives and choosing organic when I can.

Personal Information:
I am living in Minnesota right now, spent 11 years in North Dakota and I absolutely LOVED it!!! I am a wedding stationery designer and creator. I enjoy just about any activities, outdoorsy stuff or crafts too.

Other Information:
Remember that in life we are here to bring people up, not down, with the things we say and do.

Here's to a better March than February!

Down 0.1 this week - but my monthly friend should be visiting this week...so I'm okay with it.

Still doing okay cutting out the white junk...I just need to switch to sweet potatoes instead of a regular potato. I tried hummus this week - and LOVED it! I hated it before, but I've tried the spicy kind and now I'm hooked! I've got some pita chips, celery sticks and baby carrots to go with it. I'm usually starving by this time, but I had some at lunch and am not really too hungry yet...so yea!

I've got an appointment to see the endocrinologist on the 17th to get my levels and stuff checked. With how I've been tracking my calories - I should be down more than the 5 lbs that I'm down..so idk. Hubby suggested I go - so I'm going!

And looks like we've got the same mindset for the month of February! We can do it!!

Thanks for checking on me! I'm not progressing much at all...I'm having troubles getting started. :( Weddig plans are going good though, had my first fitting for my dress, and have started making decorations!

hey - a little over a pound is still a loss...that's still better than gaining!

I completely understand - I need to track better because I was wanting to be down AT LEAST 10 lbs by now...and I'm only at 5...ugh.

I think I may need to cut out the "white" stuff...sugar, white flour...and see how that helps. I don't eat much bread as it is, but have been craving Italian food lately - so that doesn't help with all those carbs.

I'm definitely in a better mind frame today than I was last week, but still - not where I need to be.
