We can do this!!!

Hello everyone!!! I am a mom of 3 wonderful children. After having my last one I can honestly say I have never been this size before and I can definitely feel it in my body. Together, I think all of us can achieve what we are searching for in ourselves. Be it just weight loss, or finding and digging into what has put us here in the first place. Remember, each day is fresh, with no mistakes in it. I know you can do this...and so can I. :)

Reward: Ex hubby said if I reach 160 he will buy me $1,000 worth of new clothes. Never spent anywhere near that on clothing for myself so I am way excited for this. I had him put that in writing for me lol.

Reward: Go to the mall shopping for those new clothes & order a Starbucks grande caramel macchioto with skim milk with two extra shots of espresso! I better get on that treadmill right now...

Also to be able to do these things as well:

*Drink enough water
*Exercise at least 6 days a week.


My Program:
Daily I try to have:
~Shot of apple cider vinegar, mixed in my water.
~Lemon in my water.
~Republic of Tea, organic dandelion root tea.
~At least 60 minutes of exercise.
~8 glasses of water

I also try to eat as naturally as possible. Staying away from processed food, artificial sugars, extra unnecessary colors and preservatives and choosing organic when I can.

Personal Information:
I am living in Minnesota right now, spent 11 years in North Dakota and I absolutely LOVED it!!! I am a wedding stationery designer and creator. I enjoy just about any activities, outdoorsy stuff or crafts too.

Other Information:
Remember that in life we are here to bring people up, not down, with the things we say and do.

Congrats on your 2 lb loss!! That's awesome!! I was kinda bummed when I stepped on and saw the -0.6 because when I had stepped on it on Thursday (1/22) I was actually down 2.8 from that Monday (1/19) - so it was a little frustrating. But I'm sick and definitely haven't had enough water toward the end of the week and it's almost that time of the month...ugh.

I didn't exercise much at all last week because I couldn't breathe - and it's translating into the same this week so far because of the same reason. I get winded walking up the hill to my house - so workouts were definitely out of the question.

I got most of my food prepped for the week on Sunday too - except we ran out of lettuce and I'm not due for another store trip until Saturday...so other veggies it is. We just LOVE LOVE LOVE salad in our house - so that's kind of a bummer.

The early video set definitely explains what's going on and breaks it down nicely - so you should try to find one! I LOVE IT!

We do have something in mind, but just praying all goes smoothly over the next several months.

I'm DEFINITELY ready for this week and have been tracking things like crazy - even the day I went over and didn't realize it - shows me the importance of planning ahead!

Any big plans this week!? We got this girl!! Keep it up!!

Congrats on your two pound loss that is great! It feels so good to see that scale moving down. Soon you will be in Oneland again. I still have a ways to go before that happens for me but I am sure it will happen by June at least that is my goal.

Feeling a little bit better - but I've been in bed by 7:30 every night and slept until 5:30ish...so I haven't done my Zumba since like Tuesday I think...I'm gonna try again tonight, but if not - then I do have tomorrow too. I just felt sooo yucky and couldn't breathe - that was a bigger part in my reasoning NOT to work out. I actually have the first set of Zumba DVD's ever...and they are good. But until I'm doing them consistently - the hubby said I couldn't get the newer ones.

That is an awesome idea!! It makes so much sense - and I LOVED the pics on your etsy site - your stuff is super cute!!

And that's even funnier about the bee people - but it makes sense too since our winters are usually just wet and not really that cold!

Thanks for the burst of encouragement heading into the weekend - I'm hoping for a good loss on Monday - which means I've got to be diligent this weekend!! We can do it!
