Happy Father's Day Tali:
I know you are not a father yet . . . but you bring a positive light into my life so I wanted to send this to you! And you do have a puppy that you "father!"
To the number 1 men in our lives . . . we celebrate Father's Day in recognition of all the wonderful things you do for us. Here is a small poem included in the hopes of brightening the hearts of men who are fathers, grandfathers, brothers, uncles, soon to be fathers, and men who allow us to lean on them for help when needed.
Our fathers toil with hands and heart
To make our lives complete.
They quietly brave the winter cold,
Endure the summer heat.
Our fathers' lives are busy, but
There's always time for us.
They boldly face the ups and downs
And seldom ever fuss.
Our fathers are the greatest dads.
We know you know this, too.
But thank you for the chance to share
Our love for them with you.

Welcome to SP. It's a great site! Be sure and sign up for Spark America and when you set up your exercises, just remove any you can't do or don't want and put in those you do. Be sure and schedule a day for cardio so you have access to the "other exercises" page where the walking, housework, playing with children etc. are to be found. When you are done, set up your Appointment calendar to send you reminders and when they come, click on the link then fitness and just check them off as you do them. Such a great feature. Use your spark points page to help you use and learn all the fantastic tools we have at this site. Join some teams that share your interests. Visit others pages and get to know them better.
