On My Way!

I have been trying to lose this weight since I quit smoking over 12 years ago. I have tried so many programs. I know what to do, I just need to do it and, most important, to stay consistent! I love life too much to let this extra weight get in the way of my living fully!

My Goals:
My goal is to get from 165 lbs to 125 lbs. Maybe a little lower once I get there! I want to get healthy and fit so that I can enjoy this wonderful life that is way too short. I want to stop my obsession with my excess weight that seems to put a dark shadow around everything else that is so beautiful in my life and start living fully.

My Program:
Eating 1200-1400 calories per day - try to keep it clean! I will feel better!
Walking daily - building to power walking - ideal 6 days per week.
Toning exercises daily - abs, butt, arms
PM yoga
Increase the water!
Take a supplement
Enough sleep
Work on less sugar intake and more balance in my life!
