Thanks for your input on my Eating blog! And I don't mind being your guinea pig, though I won't remember to contact you personally for updates! I'll just keep everyone posted via blogging. The general consensus is I should be eating more protein, and I'm thinking that people are probably right. I've decided to try and find foods that have at least ten grams of protein per hundred calories, and we'll see how that goes. I am also going to allow myself to be in the 1500s (although, after updating my current weight into my food tracker, my tracker dropped to 1360-1710, so that makes me nervous!) We'll see how more protein works out.
