Successful Eating and Fitness

For fitness, I like aerobics and walking, and I do them fairly often. For eating habits, I prefer simple things, like fruits and vegetables, mainly because I don't like to cook and it helps me keep my calorie count low.

My Goals:
My goals are:

(1) to acheive my goal weight.

(2) to drink 8 glasses of water a day.

(3) to eat a tiny bit less than the recommended daily amounts of calories, fat, and carbs.

(4) to exercise everyday for at least 20 minutes, though more is always acceptable!



My Program:
(1) Eat between 1,000-1,200 calories a day.

(2) Drink 8 glasses of water a day.

(3) Exercise at least 20 minutes a day.

(4) Take daily multi-vitamins.

I applaud you for resolving to be mindful of your weight while over in Asia...without calorie counts, etc. I've lived abroad and have experienced that; it can feel like working without a net. Good luck to you, and what an exciting time of your life!

I'm going to wait until I relocate before I talk to another trainer. They all tell me the same thing; Zone diet, Atkins diet, blah blah. I don't believe in those. Last trainer I talked to told me that tomatoes are bad for you.

I'll tell you what the next one says...hopefully it won't be anything absurd. :-)

I stopped eating after 8pm so I wonder if that has anything to do with it? I'm going to weigh myself at the gym again this week. I wouldnt be surprised if my number went back up.
