My Goals:
My goals are to create & maintain the healthiest life possible. To commit to a diet of healthy eating & a life that includes regular exercise. I am an avid runner. For 2015 I am training to complete 3 half marathons for half fanatic status. This is my favorite distance and this year I am working on speed, hoping for a PR!

I would like to be able to motivate and teach others what a healthy lifestyle can do for not only your body, but your emotional health as well.

- San Diego Rock n Rock Half - June 2014 - finished!
- Los Angeles Rock n Roll Half - October 2014 - finished!
- Las Vegas Rock n Roll Half - November 2014 - finished!
- Girls on the Go 5k - May 2015
- Girls on the run 5k - May 2015
- San Jose Rock n Roll Half - September 2015
- Los Angeles Rock n Roll Half - October 2015
- Las Vegas Rock n Roll Half - November 2015
- To run 3 halfs within 90 days to achieve half fanatic status

My Program:
My nutrition program is still eating unprocessed, "real" food. This has helped my weight and running tremendously. I've learned to love food in its natural state and am having a great time using new spices to up some flavors.

emoticon That's awesome! Ya I researched Coconut Flour looking for ways to use it and found out some interesting info like if you need more liquid the answer is eggs not another form of moisture! It's pretty fun finding stuff like this! I hope you enjoy!

Thanks for the blog comment. I'm the same way with my sleep. If I don't get enough good sleep, I gain weight very easily. When I was younger I could easily stay out late and get up early and function on 5-6 hours of sleep. But now that I'm older it seems that my body wants 9 hours of good sleep, which is almost impossible to get!

The Special Olympics was definitely something to behold. I nearly destroyed my voice cheering for all of the kids.
