My Goals:
My goals are to create and maintain the healthiest life possible. To commit to a diet of healthy eating and a life that includes regular exercise. This year I am focusing on running and strength. I would like to be able to motivate and teach others what a healthy lifestyle can do for not only your body, but your emotional health as well.

Running goals:
- Mission Bay St. Patrick's Day 10K
- Lake Havasu Half
- Disney Half
- San Diego Rock n Rock Half
- Las Vegas Rock n Roll Half November 2013 - Finished 11/17/13
- Liverpool Rock n Roll Half May 2014..or 2015
- To run a marathon...just not sure which one...London?! Definitely London!!


My Program:
My nutrition program is still eating unprocessed, "real" food. I've learned to love food in its natural state and am having a great time using new spices to up some flavors.
