My Goals:
My goals are to create and maintain the healthiest life possible. To commit to a diet of healthy eating and a life that includes regular exercise. I am an avid runner. For 2015 I am starting cycling to work up to triathlons. My daughter and I have a goal of reaching an Ironman one day. I would like to be able to motivate and teach others what a healthy lifestyle can do for not only your body, but your emotional health as well.

Running goals:
- San Diego Rock n Rock Half - June 2014 - finished!
- Los Angeles Rock n Roll Half - October 2014 - finished!
- Las Vegas Rock n Roll Half - November 2014 - finished!
- San Diego Rock n Roll Half - May 2015
- San Jose Rock n Roll Half - September 2015
- Los Angeles Rock n Roll Half - October 2015
- Completing three half marathons to reach Half Fanatic status :)
- To run a marathon...as soon as I commit, I'll decide which one :)


My Program:
My nutrition program is still eating unprocessed, "real" food. I've learned to love food in its natural state and am having a great time using new spices to up some flavors.

Hi, thanks for adding me as a friend. I will add you al. so. I am trying to get to a healthier life style. At my age and physical condition that is a major undertaking. I need the support and tough love a person that is at that healthy lifestyle, can give. I need the motivation and encouragement to keep going when the going gets tough. Hello. I hope you are doing well. Great job on finishing your half marathon earlier this month. It's (I can't see what I'm typing) perseverance that keeps going. Keep up the great work! Have fun training for your race in June. Don't forget about fueling properly too!
