Running towards the woman I was always meant to be...

My Goals:
My goals are to create & maintain the healthiest life possible. To commit to a diet of healthy eating & a life that includes regular exercise. For 2017 I have a goal of hiking to the top of Mt. Whitney to become a 14er with my Spark Soul Mate, to find as many mountains to hike as possible, to complete the Rock n Roll Las Vegas Half Marathon for the 5th time in a row, making it my 10th half marathon, and complete a full year of the #yearofstrongandbendy challenge. Yoga is new for me! Life is amazing!

I would like to be able to motivate and teach others what a healthy lifestyle can do for not only your body, but your emotional health as well.

Goals:
- San Jose Rock n Roll Half - September 2015 - finished!
- Las Vegas Rock n Roll Half - Nov 2015 - finished!
- To run 3 halfs within 90 days to achieve half fanatic status - Qualified!
- Las Vegas Rock n Roll Half - Nov 2016 - finished!
- Hike Mt. Whitney ~ TBD
- Las Vegas Rock n Roll Half - Nov 2017


My Program:
My nutrition program is still eating unprocessed, "real" food. This has helped my weight and running tremendously. I've learned to love food in its natural state and am having a great time using new spices to up some flavors. I am a lover of Whole30 because 2.5 years ago, it changed my life. I've heard rumors of a Whole30 certified coaching course being in the works. I will become a Whole30 coach if this is true!
