Over 40? It's never too late
I have 2 boys. Jeff 22 and Joe 19. They are my encouragement. I know what it is like to have an overweight mom and I don't want to be that burden on my kids or my husband. Jeff is a CPL in the Marines and Joe is in the Navy. We moved to AR from WI 8 yrs ago and I though I miss my family and friends I like AR. It gives me and my boys more opportunities in our community then WI would have.

My Goals:
I wanna lose 20 lbs. 20 lbs is not a lot but enough for me to be satisfied and feel healthy and look good.
Personal Information:
I am from Viola, AR. Since loosing the weight in 2010 I have been divorced and remarried. And unfortunately have gained some weight back. Now it's time to lose it again. I did it once before and know I can to it again with a little motivation from my husband and friends.

Yoga- I'm still on the fence. I need to go a few times and then process it. :-) I'm kinda slow sometimes!
