woohoo to your first couple of days going great! i noticed that the hardest part of the first couple of weeks was remembering to check yourself before eating this or that. even with healthy stuff you have to do portion control.
so far so good for me. i am still working through eating the various foods in my pantry that may not be perfect for my meal plan but i have them and am trying to use them in the healthiest way possible. once i do my next grocery trip though it will be only good stuff! :)
i'd love to partner up! i think it is important to have a consistent person around who has been walking through it with you...even virtually, ha...so when you need that pick me up they know your journey well enough to really get it! 1608 days ago
