Healthy Heart
My goal this month is to work on a healthy heart. Not only physically but the emotional heart stuff too. I want to work on my relationships, forgiving others and fortifying myself from the unproductive infuence's of others. To be active and choose my time and activities wisely. I want to work on a completely healthy heart all the way around.

My Goals:
I have decided to work on 1 goal each week. 1. Stop drinking Caffeine. 2. Take a multi Vitamin daily. 3. Take low dose Aspirin daily. 4. Stop Eating After 8:00 pm. 5. Exercise Monday & Tuesday evenings. (I take my daughter to dance so while she's there I will exercise, then pick her up). 6. Drink Water. 7. Eat Breakfast. 8. Stop eating when satisfied. 9. Eliminate the excess in my life. 10. Lose 10 pounds.
