I'm a librarian with a desk job working at getting into better shape. I lost 30 lbs on another diet program but then stalled. I realized that I needed to take a good look at what I'm doing, why I'm doing it, and how I can do it better.

My Goals:
I want to feel comfortable in my own skin.

I want to run regularly again (or find a replacement if my foot can't handle it anymore).

I want to better learn how to balance my indulgences with eating healthy the rest of the time.

My Program:
I'm currently doing the couch to 5k (which I did years ago and loved).

I track everything I eat (for better or worse).

I'm taking control of what we eat and limiting us to one night out a week.

Personal Information:
I'm originally from the east coast, but I now live in Michigan. I'm engaged (getting married May 27, 2012) and live with my fiancÚ and our three cats in a converted school.
