I've joined SparkPeople Live and am already attending weekly classes; I use the nutrition and fitness trackers on a regular basis; I use the 28 day Bootcamp workout, in addition to shorter Sparkpeople exercise videos.
I'm from Minnesota. I'm married and I've got 2 cats. Hobbies include cooking, reading, biking, and spending time with friends.
