My Goals:
I want to weigh as much as I did when I met my husband. I want to be more fit now than I was then. I would like to lose the weight and get in shape before we try to have our first child.
I try to do some yoga everyday
I am also trying to get enough fiber through fruits, veggies and whole grains each day.

My Program:
-yoga in the am for 15 minutes
-get 5-10 fruits and veggies per day
-get 25 grams of fiber per day
-30 minutes of cardio at gym 3 to 5 times per week

Personal Information:
Although I usually consider myself a lacto-ovo vegetarian, it is not for animal rights reasons, but instead for health reasons. I eat meat when it is cooked to my picky specification by others, but I rarely buy it myself or order it at restaurants.

Other Information:
I try to live as earth friendly a life as possible and am always looking for new ways to be a better me.

Hi! A lower BMI is certainly the best motivation of all - along with being able to wear smaller size clothing! :-)

Yeah! I'm all about the left overs thing this year. I did have a lot of oats but I made it all into granola, and that's almost gone, eek!
