My Goals:
I want to weigh as much as I did when I met my husband. I want to be more fit now than I was then. I would like to lose the weight and get in shape before we try to have our first child.
I try to do some yoga everyday
I am also trying to get enough fiber through fruits, veggies and whole grains each day.

My Program:
-yoga in the am for 15 minutes
-get 5-10 fruits and veggies per day
-get 25 grams of fiber per day
-30 minutes of cardio at gym 3 to 5 times per week

Personal Information:
Although I usually consider myself a lacto-ovo vegetarian, it is not for animal rights reasons, but instead for health reasons. I eat meat when it is cooked to my picky specification by others, but I rarely buy it myself or order it at restaurants.

Other Information:
I try to live as earth friendly a life as possible and am always looking for new ways to be a better me.

Welcome to the Calorie Cycling team!

The best place to start, in learning more about calorie cycling, is by reading through the GREAT Tips, Links & Info thread. There is a post with a link to the freedieting website, freedieting.com, with a calorie calculator, to help calculate your 7-day calorie cycling numbers. Just don't forget to coincide your higher intensity workouts with your high calorie days and the lowest calorie days are usually your rest days. There is also a post that shows how you can use your sparks calorie range if you don't feel comfortable with the high numbers from the freedieting website. If you still have questions after reading through the threads please don't hesitate to ask. If you have any questions there is an "I NEED HELP" thread. General chit chat is usually in the "By the Campfire" thread OR you could always sparkmail me!
