My Weight Loss Journey

Hello! My name is Allysen, and I've just started my weight loss journey. This will be a hard road for me, as it is for everybody, but I can't wait to see the progress that is coming!
I'm a college student in Columbus, Ohio majoring in psychology and French. For me, the most challenging part of this process is the dining hall at my university. Its difficult to to find healthy foods, and to track them. But I'm getting there slowly but surely.

My Goals:
I have a few short term goals, as long as my major long term one. First, I would like to get under 200 pounds. After that, I would like to get my weight to 174 pounds, which will take my BMI under 30. After that I would like to get my weight down to 160 pounds, which was what I was at my senior year of high school, and the last time I remember being truly confident with my body. After that, I would like to reach my final goal: 140 pounds, which will bring my weight down to the healthy range. From there I will decide how I feel about myself, and whether I need to lose more.
