My health goals for 2011 are to do weight training 3X a week and continue to avoid the food that's bad for me (especially wheat.) I'm probably taking a year off from marathons, but I want to build a base mileage of 20-30 miles a week.
Oh, and I plan to eat more Marmite.

My Goals:
I would like to weigh my "dream weight," which is appropriate for my height and bone structure, but more than that, I would like to be happy with my body no matter what my weight.

Dream weight is a range between 125-135. I'll know when I get there.

My Program:
Vegan
Tae Kwon Do (7th gup)
Runner (Working up to 30 miles a week)

Cathe Friedrich workout DVDs
A total of 30 minutes of extra walking a day
8 hours of sleep a night
