You go, girl! Walking is more my speed these days, but I spice that up with step aerobics and yoga. Good luck with the marathon running. My dog doesn't like it if he doesn't get his walks in, either. 2366 days ago
Thanks for coming by to check on me! I'm taking it easy exercise-wise... just brisk walks for less than 40ish minutes right now until I'm back to full strength... but it feels better to do SOMETHING right now rather than just sitting on my butt!
Good luck on completing the Des Moines Half this fall. I have no doubt that you will do it. (and I have no doubt that you will be back in no time for another or a full.)
In honor of you (but mostly cause it sounded REALLY good) hubby and I went to Chipotle for lunch. We both got the veggie bowl but we both get shredded cheese on it. (We pass on the sour cream.) My daughter spent most of lunchtime trying to gobble up all my guacamole before I could eat it! We sat outside and tossed some grains of rice to the birds.
