My goal is to loose about 30/35 pounds by the summer. There are 2 main reason for this: I have a closet full of clothes that don't fit anymore, and I am not happy with the way I look and feel.
I am trying to stick with the calories suggested by the nutrition tracker. During the week is pretty easy, the week-ends are usually the killer... I am doing water jogging three a week and I try to exercise at the gym the rest of weeks doing some weights.
I moved from Italy 18 years ago. I have lived in the Washington/Baltimore area since I moved. I like to travel and visit new places.
Can you feel how your body is getting stronger? WIth every step you take, every exercise you complete, you are getting closer to health and your goals. I applaud you for being in the top five for team fitness this week. Stay strong and SPARK ON!!!!
