My goal is to loose about 30/35 pounds by the summer. There are 2 main reason for this: I have a closet full of clothes that don't fit anymore, and I am not happy with the way I look and feel.
I am trying to stick with the calories suggested by the nutrition tracker. During the week is pretty easy, the week-ends are usually the killer... I am doing water jogging three a week and I try to exercise at the gym the rest of weeks doing some weights.
I moved from Italy 18 years ago. I have lived in the Washington/Baltimore area since I moved. I like to travel and visit new places.

Thank you for stopping by my blog to comment. I have been taking the exercise part very slow and steady and just working out how and when I can. I have to admit, I do tend to watch what I'm eating more so than I did when I was able to workout without restrictions. Keep up the good work and don't lose faith- you'll get there! jai
