Improving the Quality of MY Life
I'm a mother to a three year old, part-time college student, and work full-time as well as run several busineses that I'm struggling to grow so I can stop working so hard. I had gained forty pounds since giving birth to my daughter, lost 15 of it in 2009, and gained it all back in 2010. My body has become almost foreign to me and I want it back! I'm starting over but I'm starting stronger thanks to the lessons I've learned!

My Goals:
I would like to lose 40 pounds by then end of 2010, sooner if possible. My goal is 7 lbs a month. At that rate it will take me until the end of the year.
My Program:
1) Eating healthier by planning meals, portion control, including more fruits and veggies, and staying away from fast food/sodas. 2) Exercising regularly by working out on my days off, biking because I enjoy it, playing more with my daughter, and walking more. 3) Drinking water every day.
Personal Information:
I live in Irving, TX and moved here in February 2010. I'm excited to meet new people and learn more about our awesome new home. We love Texas!
Other Information:
