Okay! I did 3 times this week. It was actually my bare minimum goal for the week, but hey, it's done.
I like your goal about fresh produce, it is small, but it's a start. It's good. Sometimes, we have to start small to really get going. If the goal is too big, we fall short and feel like a failure, like we'll never achieve it. So I really like your goal.
The Spark 5 K training plan: http://www.sparkpeople.com/myspark/train ing-plans.asp They have 4 different levels of training plans. That's all it really is, or at least that I'm using it for. Training plan, and when you're done you can track it on the training plan and you know where you are and you get to see the reward in marking it as done. Because I've been out of running for a long time with injuries, I'm starting with the Rookie Training Plan, it's the longest plan, but it's a slow progression. I like it. I've completed week 1, starting week 2 today. Now I need to find a target 5K in the area for the completion date! I've always enjoyed running 5Ks.
Food really is fuel. I spent all weekend, just about, eating crappy, over eating, barely staying hydrated. And I felt like doing nothing all weekend. I barely did enough laundry for work this week! Bad fuel = bad weekend. Good fuel = good week (hopefully!!).

Monday I started the Sparkpeople Rookie 5 K training program. I really miss running. Tuesday I had a church thing that I do that leaves me no exercise time. Today I have a work training class from 5 pm to 9 pm an hour and a half away from home. So there's really no time today. But I'm just going to count these as my two days off this week. And exercise through the weekend. I'm shooting for 5 days a week. I'll be fine with just completing the 3 days of the training program.
I realized last night that I set some really big goals for myself for weight loss. The goals I've had set for about a week now, the work required just didn't dawn on me. The goals are very attainable, but I really have to get into compliance with my exercise programs and nutrition. And relax.
Food is still my biggest problem. I really really like food. 1371 days ago
