Run a 12 minuted mile - (I'm just begining and currently at a 14.14 minute mile).

29 inch waist ;-)



My Program:
Turbo Fire - 2x perweek

Couch to 5k program - 3x per week

Body Pump - 2x per week

Personal Information:
I would like to lose 30 pounds by the end of 2012.
