My goals are to loose 10 lbs by August - basically toning and working on trouble spots. I also want to be able to run or jog and eventually run a marathon, then a triathalon. Those are my long term goals, though.
I am incorporating (ever so gradually) exercises into my daily life. I am not necessarily following a diet, I am choosing healthy foods and keeping track of them on my home page.
