Great 1st month!! Woohoo!! I, too, was trying to get back to playing tennis again and I just started a few weeks ago. I love it. I was very sick and never thought I would play again. Now I'm much better (4+ years since the last time I played) and have to lose all this sit around being sick and taking too many drugs (especially high doses of prednisone for so long) all that time. I can't believe I'm so much better!! Now to get rid of this weight. You'll be back doing all those things you loved to do in no time, too. It's very fun. Hope you stick to your goals. It can be very trying but soooo worthwhile.
