My Goals:
For each mini goal reached I will treat myself.
Starting weight:173 Lbs on 6/20/2012

150Lbs: New workout outfits (I definitely need some but I want to earn them!)

140 Lbs: A new hairstyle

135 Lbs: Manicure and pedicure

130Lbs: Shopping spree and Trip to Africa

I really really hope to be 130Lbs by December. My parents live in Africa and I really want to travel for their 25th wedding anniversary this coming Christmas. It will not be easy but I know I can do it.

My Program:
I graduated from the Insanity program but I am doing it all over again. I have had good results with this program before so I will use it to lose the remaining weight.
I try to plan all my meals ahead of time and try to stick to my meal plan.

I know it's tough to find time to work out, but you can do it! Happy to hear you've been eating well, though, that's awesome!!
I'm doing pretty good. Workouts have been tough while battling fatigue, but I've been eating pretty well. It helps that my food tracker is public, now. Lol!

I'm doing really good! I'm so excited to have gotten my tattoo touched up and added to, and a great new work outfit. And, this weekend I'll be going to Universal Studios for Halloween Horror Nights and I see lots of walking there going to happen. I can't wait!
