Hey, thanks for taking the time to read my blog. Clean Eating is basically taking out processed foods, flour, fried things like that. Lots of veggies, lean meats like chicken, fish, bison, ground turkey etc. I have several blogs on my page with resources that I used to start this diet. Its a bit of an adjustment, but the results are SO worth it.
