I have been a member of SparkPeople since June 2012 and have tracked everything I eat. I eat healthy foods and since June I have lost over 70 pounds! Consistency has been key! Thank you sparkpeople!
YOU ARE SUCH AN INSPIRATION TO ME...I STARTED SPARK PEOPLE AND THEN LEFT IT A WHILE BACK DUE TO SICKNESS IN OUR FAMILY AND I BECAME THE CARETAKER....ABOUT 5 WEEKS AGO I STARTED A NEW LIFE AND JOURNEY TO FIRM UP AND LOSE WEIGHT...BEEN SO DISCOURAGED CAUSE I SEE NO LBS MELTING AWAY AND KEEP TRACK OF EVERYTHING ON MY FITNESS PAL (IT IS LIKE SPARK PEOPLE) i GO TO THE GYM EVERY OTHER DAY AND TO THE POOL AT LEAST TWO TO THREE TIMES A WEEK AND WORK OUT AND WALK TOO...I DO HAVE MORE MUSCLES BUT NO WEIGHT DROP...SO SEEING THIS COME IN MY EMAIL TODAY REALLY ENCOURAGED ME TO KEEP AT IT...YOU LOOK WONDERFUL AND I AM SO VERY PROUD OF YOU...GOD BLESS...DOTTY
Saw your blog and added you as a friend. I've lost 150-153 lbs (depending on the day and what I've been eating). It took me about 15 months and then when I thought I was maintaining I lost another 10 lbs. I've held steady for 7 months now.
