I have been a member of SparkPeople since June 2012 and have tracked everything I eat. I eat healthy foods and since June I have lost over 70 pounds! Consistency has been key! Thank you sparkpeople!
I congratulate you and admire you. My top weight was 515 and before I joined SparkPeople I got down to 444. I only weigh every three months. so my time is coming up when I go to my next Dr. appointment. For the first time I'm looking forward to it.
