Fat Girl Diaries -- finding the skinny person inside, screaming to get out!!
Hi, I am a 46 year old mother and wife who also has a full time job selling software!! I have battled my weight most of my life, but the last 10 years have been the worst. I have now made a commitment to health and life and want to modify my behaviors and lifestyle so that I still enjoy ALL of it, but can lose the weight I need to lose and maintain it!! I am determined that this is THE LAST TIME

My Goals:
I want to lose 75 pounds by 12/31/2008 and 103 pounds by 12/31/2009.
My Program:
Making good food choices, watching portion size, only eating when I am hungry, eating slower and stopping when I am full. Drinking 8-10 glasses of water a day. Trying to stay artound 1000-1200 calories a day and limit all "white" (sugar, flour, potato etc...)
Personal Information:
Born in Atlanta live in Houston. Married to an engineer. Work as a salesperson, selling software. Love our Military -- lots of it in the family!!
Other Information:
I love to laugh and am kind of smarttieLOL!! I love to paint, my most recent foray is faux finishing furniture. I have a small dsign business and am constantly re-doing something in the house!! I play the piano, love music and dance.
My passion other than my family is my dogs -- I currently have 3 Pomeranians. I lost 2 of my babies in November 9 days part then got a new one. I am looking seriously at 2 more puppies -- my DH says only 1 more -- we will see!!
