Making a lifestyle change

My name is Linda. I am 44 years old. I was on WW about a year ago and lost 25 pounds. I became discouraged and stopped going to the meetings. I have gained 13 pounds back. I rejoined WW in April of this year and have been having trouble getting the pounds off. One change that I made since the last time is that I do not eat meat other than fish. My name is Linda. I am 44 years old. I was on WW about a year ago and lost 25 pounds. I became discouraged and stopped going to the meetings. I have gained 13 pounds back. I rejoined WW in April of this year and have been having trouble getting the pounds off. One change that I made since the last time is that I do not eat meat other than fish. I have begun to eat more eggs/egg beaters, tuna, salmon, tilapia to try to get the needed protein. I am trying to live a healthy life so I am trying to be realistic with my eating plans. I love food. I have learned to cut back my portions. What I have found is that some of the vegetarian options at some restaurants pack more calories than other options. I am at the point of quitting WW again but now I am feeling like I have given it a fair chance since i most track on this site and don't count my points. I am trying to loose 30 pounds especially around the middle. Also, I have started adding protein to my milk.
