I started gaining weight rapidly a couple of years after graduating high school. I finally stopped gaining and commited to losing it with the help of a personal trainer which I did lose 60 lbs. Over the past couple of years or so I have gained about 20 lbs back. I am now ready to recommit to losing the weight for both myself and to be there for my family. My Goals:
Long term: lose 65-75 lbs.
Next 8 weeks during the 5% Fall Challenge: lose 11 lbs, recommit to getting healthy, eating better and exercising more. I would also like to be able to run! My daughter and I have a goal to run a half marathon in every state by the time she graduates HS. Might be tough to do but we are going to try!

My Program:
Cardio: 3-5 days a week for 30 min
Strength: 2-3 days a week for 25 min
Stretch: daily for 5-10 min

Born: Olean, NY
Current City: Casa Grande, AZ

I have been married for 4 years to a wonderful man and have two step kids that I love as my own (17 boy, 11 girl). My husband and I would love to add to our family but so far we haven't had much luck. I am hoping to lose weight to possibly have more success in that area.

Other Information:
I love to read and travel. I would love to eventually travel to Italy and Greece.
