Really just watching my calories, log them into sparks everyday, drinking lots of water and trying to do some type of exercise 45 minutes 5 days a week.
I am originally from Indiana. I have been married to my husband David for 18 years now and we have 5 children . I spent two years trying to lose 60 pounds and accomplished that goal. Now that we had baby number 5 almost three years ago I want to be back where I was at prior to the pregnancy.
