Already lost over 75 lbs. Now I just want to lose the last 15 lbs and to keep it off, to do a chin up, to find a permanent lifestyle that is satisfying, comfortable, enjoyable and sustainable.

Wow! You are such an inspiration. I kind of look like what you used to. Almost the exact body type and I was afraid if I lost weight I would never see it. I see that obviously it is a possibility! Way to go!


By the way, did you lose all of your weight with Spark People? Or did you do something else?

i dont know what to eat! i feel like peppers have sugar in them since theyre sorta sweet!

my stomach is hungryyyyy and i ate a bunch of accidental sugar in fruit today already!

WTF do i do!?

i really would like to cut sugar out of my diet. maybe not completely, but completely wherever dang possible!
