Losing it one more time!

As a former runner/walker who has fallen off the wagon and gained a lot of weight, I want to get back to my former fit self by losing weight and exercising.

I completed the Flying Pig Marathon in Cincinnati in 2009 and 1/2 of the Vermont Key Bank Marathon in 2010, and I want to be in that shape again.

This week I discovered a bicycle path that is close to my apartment - my two dogs and I can walk over (warm up) walk the path with some job bursts and then walk home (cool down).

This is the solution for me - I have done this four days in a row and look forward to it tomorrow morning. emoticon
