My Re-weight Loss Journey
The hardest part of weight loss is making the decision to lose weight. It took me 7 years to make that decision, but the journey made it well worth it. My highest recorded weight was 291, and I was 272 when I started my journey. I adopted a healthy lifestyle and lost a total of 140 lbs. The weight loss was easy once I committed to it, but it was the maintenance that did me in. Letting myself get a little careless, 60 lbs slowly made its way back. But I'm not done fighting and have restarted my journey. I'm on a quest to rediscover the new me! Welcome to my re-weight loss journey.

My Goals:
My goals are simple: TO BE A HEALTHY MOM FOR MY 3 KIDS. To lose the 60 lbs gained back after a 140 lb weight loss To fit back into my size 12's (I've got a whole wardrobe waiting to be worn) TO FEEL AND BE HEALTHY AGAIN!
Personal Information:
In March 2010, my family and I welcomed a beautiful baby girl into the world. She is the miracle we have been praying for, I also have 4 men in my life... my husband, Jeremy, to whom I've been married for 14 years my boys, who are 14 and 10 years old and most importantly, Jesus!! My heart belongs to Him. I was an emotionally messed up person when He reached out and pulled me out of my pit. He filled my hateful heart with His love and I haven't been the same ever since.
