My Goals:
I probably share the most common goal with everyone else on this site and that is to become healthy and to be more conscientious about what I eat.

My Program:
I intend on accomplishing my goal to lose weight by eating right. I give myself 1200-1400 calories a day and I work out 6 days out of the week. I write down everything I do and eat as a constant reminder of what it takes to reach my goal.

Hello... thanks for the encouragment. I am determined. I wish you well to on your Journey of Wellness. I think I will start writing down everything I eat as well.
