I just turned the big 3-0. . . I am tired of being F-A-T. . .I am a married mom of 2 children. I work full time as a dental assistant and also go to school part time in a completely different journey I am on in my life. Things are truckin along just fine, I would simply like to feel more fine about myself. I want to be healthy for my children so they don't struggle like I have. . . .I need support along the way and by support I don't mean lectures unless I've done something totally insane. ...
