To be out of the "Big Girls" side of the store - FOREVER To get below 200 pounds To build my confidence and self esteem To get off of my blood pressure medication My next IMMEDIATE goal - when I get below 240 I'm going to go buy that Tiffany necklace I've always wanted.
My Program:
I am currently Calorie Counting, while following a South Beach style way of eating. I also exercise pretty consistently. Next Race: Memorial Day 10k (2013)
