Brand new Fitbit Zip owner as of 29th Aug 2014. Already crazy about it and pushing myself to beat previous bests. It should help me achieve my goals!

My Program:
Currently playing with our Wii games, such as Exerbeat, Step to the Beat and the Just Dance series.
I also love Leslie Sansone and I have 20 of her DVDs on Walk TV now, plus a few DVDs I picked up elsewhere.
And when I get bored of all that, I dance around my house a lot! LOL

My name is Lexie. I live in Colchester, England currently. I was born in Cornwall, and have Yorkshire and Scottish ancestry for the main part, plus other parts unknown. :-)
Love reading, studying Nature and Druidry, writing about whatever springs to mind, and listening to music. Also known to crochet and cross stitch as time allows.

Thanks for stopping by my blog! Odd that you found that old one, I have written a few since then. I am having a bit of a rough go, dealing with continuous pain that is uncontrolled, making it even harder to want to stick a healthy lifestyle, but still muddling through, exercise still being the lifesaver as it makes me feel a little better than sitting or laying down (hence no sleep) which ramps the pain up even more. The RA really did a number on my spinal column which in turn shoots pain down my hip, leg and ankle. Also waiting for double foot surgery. So like you, lots of nasties going on.

I am like you, when my body is acting up, I don't have the motivation or strength to do some things, especially if I have a headache too.
Today I felt pretty good, so did 41 min workout: ST Bike 2 mile
and the rest of the time on the Gazelle.
